Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No. Most customers leave a key, a lockbox code or building access instructions in the booking notes. If you'd rather be there, that's completely fine too.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes. Every cleaner arrives with professional-grade products, cloths and a vacuum. If you prefer we use your own products (for allergies or surfaces), just say so in your instructions.

How accurate is the price estimate?

Accepted Answer

The estimate is based on your service, bedrooms, bathrooms and property size, and it is what you pay in the vast majority of cases. If a property is dramatically different from what was described, we'll call you before starting rather than surprise you afterwards.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we charge a small $25 fee, since the cleaner has already reserved the time.

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Riverside, Oakfield, Kembleton and everywhere within about 12 miles of the city centre. If you're just outside, book anyway and we'll confirm by phone.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We invoice by email after the clean is finished, payable by card or bank transfer within seven days. Nothing is charged when you book.
